Second Billing In Reliance GSM Too?

Today i called and when i disconnected the USSD menu was showing the last was 240sec & Main bal. XX etc. I am right now on Rs.80 Voucher no deduction from main balance. But i think RGSM is upgrading its system for per sec billing.

I remember seeing call duration in sec earlier when rgsm was launched. I think the deduction other than from main balance is always shown in sec.
