karpar 1 Report post Posted October 22, 2004 (edited) Everyday I check for "Unread Posts" turns up 9 pages of posts. I thought initially that they were all posts that I had not read...I'd even started a topic regarding this. I don't regret it as what I said is true, only the statistics might be wrong. Well, the problem is, posts that I have read keep coming up again as though I haven't read them. If I click on "Mark All Topics as Read and Return to Index", it clears all the topics temporarily, but then brings them back when I check after 24 hours. And I'm VERY sure most of them are what I've read before. This has been happening only recently, say, less than a month. Anyone else having the same problem??? Chirag 5 Report post Posted October 23, 2004 My problem is reverse. And surely its something to do wid my Cablenet's cache or Cookies!! After reading a few posts, when i click on View New posts, all the posts are marked READ. in other words, the red button " " vanishes!! And i have to find the newest posts by scrolling the page! Bablus 66 Report post Posted October 23, 2004 (edited) i dont think its a problem with version two.. this are microscopic problems.. depending on individual computer setting.. things are working fine with most of the members.. i agree karpar u havent made any changes on ur comp.. but check again.. something mst be wrong. karpar 1 Report post Posted October 30, 2004 Its working fine now!!! I made two changes: 1. I deleted a topic that I was tracking for changes from "My Controls". 2.
