KumaarShah 143 Report post Posted November 2, 2009 Try *367# or send SMS BAL to 53670. Also you will get the last call cost notification, why you are not getting it is something the CC will be able to better answer.

KanagaDeepan 1,084 Report post Posted December 26, 2009 (edited) I think dialling *367*1# show the promo balance and the DTT or the bal amount of FULL TT recharge to be used just for Local calls and its validity (usually 7 days from recharge) also... It is working for me for my RGSM PPC plan... Edited December 26, 2009 by kanagadeepan
saisubha 0 Report post Posted March 3, 2010 (edited) I am facing a funny problem. I am having LG-RD3510 which is neary 2 years old. I have prepaid connection and till now I did not face any problem. But these days whenever I dial *225 *367 /8/9 I get a message "Dear customer you are using a fixed line phone. It will work only at the address that has been intimated to us. Thank you " [unquote] I could not make any head and tail about this message since I am using a mobile handset and not fixed line. But what to do it will not work. Customercare will tell that this is because of network congestion and I should retry it. Tryng it out for 50 times should be OK. Is it not? Did any body face similar problem? with best regards Prasad indore Edited March 4, 2010 by saisubha
