shahab 112 Report post Posted November 4, 2009 need help for my friend...i had sold my treo 755p to him a couple of days back...he used it for a day and suddenly yesterday it just went dead...the phone just wouldn't start...not even in PDA mode...when he tries to connect charger to charge it...the phone turns on in PDA mode fro a few sec and then stops charging...it immediately shuts down on removing charger...can anyone suggest what is the problem...i have given him a week's warranty so i have promised to take it back if it doesn't get fixed..as i know him well and know he didn't mess it if he says so...plz help Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Mufaddal 678 Report post Posted November 4, 2009 one thing he can try is connect treo 755p to an ac outlet then remove battery while charger is still connected and then reinsert battery and leave it on charging for 2 3 hrs and then try to power on also the battery or the charger might have gone bad Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
