MTNL increases the speed of base UL plan from 256 Kbps to 384 Kbps.

384 Kbps UL --> Rs. 749

Hope BSNL and other private operators follow suit.

MTNL also increased the night time from "11 to 7" to "10 to 8" for DSL NU849 plan.
