Can anybody give me some idea abt Internet Radio Hardware and where can I get it?

If you have a internet on your PC, no extra hardware is required.

there are lots of free radio station available to listen.

However I am requesting info abt radio hardware which can access internet radio via WiFi or broadband Ethernet connection without a PC.

As per my technical knowledge,

you require basic minimum Software called OS or a router(with software embedded) to access and configure WiFi or any other network.

Also you will require basic keypad to configure the services like ip .

you will require internet applications on it to tune radio thru internet.

If some one is going to add all this and run only radio he will be call FOOL !

So basically you require mini pc, or PPC / PDA to full fill your requirement.

Straight answer to your question is NO !

Go for smart phone with wifi.

there are host of applications you can do with this. record movies , mp3 , mpeg ,

it comes with a 1 terabite hdd. you can also play internet raido through this

lol.... did u check the price of that thing... 180$ + shipping will cost more than 220$ and in that price u can buy a PC in India... and then u will have to invest in either a broadband connection / wifi network anyways.... so these are impractical hardwares for Indian conditions unless u r a diehard *****pot and need to buy something unique at any cost...

For this, a Wi-Fi router and a correctly configured Wi-Fi radio are sufficient. No PC required. A stand-alone dedicated device cannot be compared with clumsy PC or cumbersome laptop just for playing internet radio.

I also said same thing, putting everything together and playing only radio is fools stuff,

Device suggested by you can play MP3, wma, and some more functions are there,

It is not only radio.
