On Mogul HTC6800 it is not possible to record call conversations. If you are talking about call history record, Mogul has inbuilt capacity of 300 calls (100 each for incoming, outgoing and missed). It might be possible to increase that limit. I don't remind may be you can configure it using "Advance Configuration Tool" but not sure. Its better to to keep backup of call history using PIM Backup.
