Arun 795 Report post Posted December 8, 2009 what number are you dialing?
vvinayakpai 26 Report post Posted December 8, 2009 Sometimes in Bangalore also i experience trouble in connecting to customer care when i dial *333. At the same time when i dial 1800100333 it goes through, hence i have never taken the issue seriously. Another option is STD code of your state followed by 30333333. But *333 and 080-30333333 are both the same hence no use. Calls to 30333333 are not charged. I have checked it in Bangalore circle. Please verify for your respective circles. ps20090 0 Report post Posted April 14, 2010 I email them quaries by night and they call me next morning, but most of time from Mumbai head office so if it a voucher or tariff scheme it is useless as most of time tariffs maybe different. But luckily most of the time I have read the Reliance Offers same tariff throughout country but I am not sure of that.
::Hitesh:: 1,763 Report post Posted April 15, 2010 For R-CDMA all number of CC are working fine, Problem is with R-GSM only !!
raccoon 53 Report post Posted April 15, 2010 (edited) I complained about this a few times, and now it seems the situation has improved to an extent. It still may not connect (*333) the 1st time itself, as it does with most other operators, but its better than before. Earlier it was just impossible, no matter how many times you redial. Numbers for on screen display for balance are also working most of the time... unlike before. But the MAIN issue of voice clarity remains and poor coverage remains! raccoon 53 Report post Posted June 24, 2010 Try emailing them - ap@trai.gov.in They don't work on individual complaints, but you could mention that everyone is facing the problem there (if true), and there is zero customer support, etc., etc. May not be of much use. You may not even get a reply.
