benusood 0 Report post Posted December 11, 2009 Hi All I am a new member of this forum & need help in the resolving my query... Earlier my datacard used to work fine & no issues. But suddenly since last few weeks whenever i try to connect through the datacard i get the below error The Modem (or other connecting devise) is already in use or is not properly configured. & then it closes the connection. I have done the below steps but to no avail.. i always get this error:- 1. Reconfigured my datacard 2. Entered the user id / pwd as required. 3. I am able to make calls.. but not able to connect.
