vishalmcp 8 Report post Posted December 16, 2009 New STV launched by TATA DOCOMO which gives 300 sms per day & 9000 sms for the month here in Bangalore not sure about other circles, but still far behind RELIANCE. not sure about the STV price app. its Rs.24. validity is 30 days.
