amitnsonu 72 Report post Posted December 16, 2009 yes I am sure if you pay all your bills (whole amount)in time your credit limit will be increased in 6 months. rcom revised (or increase) the credit limit in every six month if user pay bill on time, But if you default on it, limit will be decreased immediately in next month. amitnsonu 72 Report post Posted December 18, 2009 With ECS credit limit increases a lot. I am worried about ECS as its not safe according to me I too think that it is not safe, bcoz if there is any mistake in your billing, it would be very difficult to take your money back from Reliance .... KumaarShah 143 Report post Posted December 21, 2009 (edited) I have all my postpaids paid from my CitiBank Credit card by direct debit using bill pay. And in case there is any wrong billing from RCOM, they adjust in the subsequent bills. I do not see any harm or danger in using this Bill pay so far. I have been using it for atleast 3 to 4 years for all my mobiles, telephones, insurance policies, property taxes, etc through CitiBank and I am very happy to use it. I have got good credit limits across all my RCOM connections and also on all my CitiBank Credit cards. I forgot to mention that in the new tariffs, the existing credit limits itself would be enough unless someone wants to rake up an ARPU of more than Rs 2000 per month. Using a combination of packs, one can easily use almost 10,000 minutes with just Rs 1,000 (hypothetical only, with R2R unltd free across India plan Rs 990 per month) Edited December 21, 2009 by KumaarShah
copperco2 24 Report post Posted December 25, 2009 basically the credit limit increase on your tenure of the relationship with RIM and the regular and timely payments. My credit limit at the atart was Rs.500/- including the billed and un billed. Now, for the current month, the billed usage crossed 1500/- and unbilled about 1000/- and still no one cares from RIM for the overshooting...i cant say overshooting because it seems i haven't yet crossed my credit limit as yet.
