It may be national roaming or International calls (ISD @ 1sec pulse, BSNL is also offering in 225Plan) or International Roaming on Docomo network in Japan??? Why I am asking is Docomo is offering this 1sec pulse roaming in India in its own network only and in other networks (like Idea) it offers just default Rs1/1/1/1.5 per minute roaming charges.. ITs really a huge phenomenon as other mobile subscribing markets are not facing such stiff competition... As i always say.. Let's Celebrate.. More the merrier.
