Reliance Gsm=mobile Internet Settings = Advice Required

Dear Members,

A friend gifted me a new HTC Touch Flo (maybe VIVA)instrument (On below battery having No: CE1177)

and I put Reliance GSM Sim and to use mobile internet, to get settings, sent an SMS as 'all' to 55100

and I got reply message as "Handset information not present in data base".

Then I called CC and replied as "No settings available for this phone"

Please advice me.

for using gprs in a windows mobile just use APN only no need to configure other settings in ur mobile

wap browsing -APN is rcomwap(charges are 50 paise/MB)

net browsing(laptop connectivity - APN is

rcomnet (new unlimited plans are introduced so pls check with C.Care)
