2. On-net/Off-net

3. Local/STD

4. Black Out days/Regular days

5. Postpaid/Prepaid

6. RGSM/RCDMA

7. Weekdays/Weekends

8. Day/Night

You are right the tariff is awesome but at the cost of Poor Customer Service & Poor Network Qulality!

Network quality of RGSM is expected for a new operator and is improving day by day...

And FYI all my SMS sent on 25-Dec from my RGSM (@1p/SMS) was delivered... But my SMS sent from Airtel on 24-Dec NIGHT was not delivered... :rofl_200: Any high grade network will get congestion if usage increases tremendously... Airtel allows FREE SMS on 24-Dec & not on 25-Dec, that is the reason...

Further with abundant Spectrum in hand and not many heavy users(except corp customers) + fake activations, naturally Airtel's network will be good :Riendo: ... With low call charges and comparatively less spectrum in hand, Rcom network quality will be low.. But it will change when spectrum allocation policy changes.. Till then, the quality of Rcom network will not be best, but quite usable imho..

But only good customer care is not a good excuse for heavy tariffs and differential treatment for different circles.. Just look around and count how many Airtel/Voda customers are eagerly waiting for MNP and compare with that of RGSM/RCDMA users, you will get my point..

I am repeating that, condition of RGSM can be changed, but not the attitude of Airtel... Airtel in TN has stopped giving FULLTalkTime or hyperTT for its prepaid customers..

ya RGSM Network is improving but only after nearly one year of its launch & I don't think these issues are of Network quality not spectrum :Contento: :Contento: anyways thanks for your clarification :signthankspin:

I still think that Reliance Communications CDMA is a good mobile service!
