raccoon 53 Report post Posted November 1, 2004 Guys, I had recharged after converting to pre paid and tonight my validity (not balance) ran out and I'm unable to access R World also. I belive there is a way to activate R World (like R Connect) without recharging and tried to find it on this site but got hopelessly lost in the maze of posts! I don't want to or need to recharge just yet but really would like to access R World (don't need R Connect); so could someone just tell me how to access after validity period is over, please? raccoon 53 Report post Posted November 3, 2004 (edited) Yes, I discovered it myself the same night I posted here; and it still works - you just need to activate your phone as a modem (mine was originally off) and wait for the confirmation SMS which takes some time (I did it late at night and I got the confirmation in the morning). Thereafter, R World started working... I didnt even have to restart my phone, etc. Unfortunately the topic was "closed" by a moderator and I could not post on this thread.
