kesav 127 Report post Posted January 6, 2010 In an astounding move, TRAI inks MOU with MIC(ministry of Internal Affairs and Communication) Japan for learning from each other and growing together. Japan being the technologically numero uno telecom country, TRAI will have lot to learn from MIC on fostering new technologies. India being competitively numero uno telecom country, MIC will have lot to learn from TRAI on soft touch regulatory regime. Hope the spirit of MOU will be maintained with appropriate field actions in the years to come.
