Users can type a word the way it sounds using Latin characters and Google Transliteration IME will convert the word to its native script. Note that this is not the same as translation -- it is the sound of the words that is converted from one alphabet to the other, not their meaning. Converted content will always be in Unicode. dkaile 1,051 Report post Posted January 7, 2010 (edited) ^ I have been using it for the last one year; very very handy application....and then I cut and paste into any application I want (like word etc.); but it requires Unicode fonts like Arial Unicode MS font to display properly in word... one example of cut and paste (could never type that in hindi so fast) - “लहरों से डर कर… नौका पार नहीं होती, कोशिश करने वालों की… हार नहीं होती…” Edited January 7, 2010 by dkaile Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
