I would prefer a new phone even if it means buying it from somewhere else. Can somene suggest a shop anywhere where it is avaialable( i have contacts in pune, patna, delhi, jaipur, surat and of course bangalore so any city will do.) Just like new, except for a scratch on the bottom left. I have all the accessories, with data cable, and a spare battery too!
