rbdhoot 11 Report post Posted January 9, 2010 (edited) I am using prepaid R-GSM since last 3 months. Earlier I was able subscribe internet plan & visit sites other than R-WORLD. But since last Dec 2009, I am not able to subscribe any of the internet plans. The error message is "Customer information unavailable. Please contact *333" When contacted *333 after thousands of attempts, they said that please re-submit your documents to nearest Reliance Outlet. I had done the same. But the problem was not solved. Each time i get connected to *333, they send a service message & ask to delete old AP & save the new AP. But still the problem remain unsolved. Can this forum help what I should do ? p.s. foofly 0 Report post Posted January 9, 2010 it seems you have no balance in your account. just recharge and than try again you will surely get connected BTW i was got same error on my oldest reliance number which is 4 years old. only problem was with balance. so just recharge for solution Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
