The actual settings for this offer is TATADOCOMOINTERNETAPN settings, which I have given below... The TATADOCOMOINTERNETAPN settings won't reach by sending SMS.. I have tried that LONG BACK when they offered 100MB FREE for Rs95/month.. When I called CC, they said the request for settings is on QUEUE, but it didn't came even after 2 days ... Later I called CC and got the settings to save manually... SantoshRoyal 16 Report post Posted January 18, 2010 (edited) i am getting max speed of 35 KBPS on my 5800.. also avg speed is 27 KBPS(approx.).i think it is a maximum speed saw on my handset through edge. to check your left data in ur account just send BAL to 121. to get setting send INTERNET to 52270. don't use dive in setting otherwise u will be charged. for safety just delete dive in setting & use only TATADOCOMOINTERNET setting for these packs. Use the manual settings given by me in my prev post... in BB 8830 u cant put manual setting for proxy and port etc.. the only thing u can control is ur APN , for airtel i use APN airtelgprs.com and for DOCOMO i use TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET, and as fas as u mentioned about EDGE i dont tink so that without enabling EDGE on airtel Server one can enjoy benefits of EDGE. This is where RGSM has done a blunder mistake by allowing Chinese maker to take care of GSM networks and we can see almost all are complaining one or another about RGSM network daily...
