Dear friend may be its not new for most of memeber,but might be useful for lots of.today when i was searching for my PNR status i saw on i site the cheapest way to know our PNT status...

Send PNR to 09773300000 and get immediate reply of full detail...

it will charged for a simple sms(which is almostly free for reliance User)

I thought RCOM charges Rs 2 per minute for all calls starting with '1' except the toll free numbers which start with '18'. I stopped using their services for the past several months and use good old BSNL lines for such calls. Anyway, with the advent of the simple plans, do such calls come under the purview of the respective plan or does RCOM still charge Rs 2 per minute or Re 0.50 pm as you have mentioned?

I have been using Google services for quite some time and there was a separate topic for this also some 6 to 8 months back, AFAIK.

And google sends you the PNR status even after the journey is finished if you have set 'ON' for updates. I have also been receiving the updated status after my journeys are completed, but only till the next day and never beyond this. :Contento:

yes. after sending the message one ststus message will come with details of pnr.then reply to this message as "ON" u will get status details till the journey date

If u send 'cri', u will get cricket score and if u reply 'ON' to that sms then score update sms will be sent to you for next 24 hrs..

if u send 'sensex' u will get the current value, and if u reply that sms with 'ON' then for next one week you will get sensex updates..

you can use this ON service to get updates on same topic for some more time, without sending a request everytime..

i dont have to pay anything to any one.
