savramesh 37 Report post Posted January 15, 2010 Source Continuing from our story earlier today, here's yet another speculation regarding the forthcomng fourth generation iphone. The Korea Times stated that OLED screen with video chat function and removable battery is "highly likely" to arrive in the second half of this year. Further more, this report stated that fourth-gen iPhone would carry dual-core microprocessors, better camera and more powerful graphics. We've already heard the buzz about Apple pushing iPhone OS 4.0 SDK to select developers. We've been anticipating more information about the arrival of iPhone and as per the usual iPhone launch cycle, it is due to arrive in June or later this year. If the reports about the dual-core CPU in fourth-gen iPhone stand true, then it may carry ARM Cortex-A9 design made microprocessor capable of going beyond 2GHz stated Apple Insider. We don't think Apple is really ready for it since it hasn't tried to open up for background processes yet, despite the powerful hardwarepacked inside the iPhone 3GS. An iPhone prototype running multi-core processors was already rumored last year but nothing came off it. So, be ready to hear about all sorts of possible feature iPhone 4.0 or the fourth generation iPhone now. We know that something is under the works and Apple will always be looked upon for its next device close to perfection.
