csmart 472 Report post Posted January 23, 2010 follow these steps: 1. connect the modem to pc. pc must detect it as new hardwarae. 2. choose install drivers manually. 3. then browse the driver and provide path of your cd drice 4. it should ask for probably 2-3 hardware found one after the another. once installed properly, open the software generalt ZTE... go to settings and set username and password as your modem number without 0. then click on connect.
