::Hitesh:: 1,763 Report post Posted January 29, 2010 ^^^ Go buy new handset from reliance or any other mobile store. It may come with one black RUIM (Sim) card, or you may have to buy one for Rs 99. Buy one Handset change card (HCC), on Handset change card all instructions are written, how to transfer number from old mobile to new (RUIM or mobile). Or Just buy new blank reliance handset + Blank RUIM (RCDMA SIM) + Handset change card (HCC). Then post here.

Mufaddal 678 Report post Posted January 30, 2010 better use a hcc if u ask them to do by system , then ur old handset will be reported in their databse as damaged RSN it cant be used after that ( unless u write to nodal officer)
ACS 130 Report post Posted January 31, 2010 ^^^^Its infact reported lost/stolen. The RSN workability can be re-instated & ready for use if the earlier number attached to it is provided... even after months of lying idle.
Mufaddal 678 Report post Posted January 31, 2010 ^^^ nope we had this incidence just last week the RSN was reported as damaged ( i got it checked in their system) according to them damaged means blacklisted and hence will be removed from their system reliance people were not ready to reinstate the RSN under any circumstances , they said once its reported damaged/stolen its over then after writing a mail to the nodal officer , they reinstated RSN
supernova 47 Report post Posted January 31, 2010 it seems may be there are two options - lost/stolen and damage/stolen ..... in lost/stolen you can easily found rsn even after months .. i have got that done in lots of set in past 5-6 yrs of using cdma ... though havnt heard of damage/stolen
ACS 130 Report post Posted February 1, 2010 ^^^ @Dr. Muf Can PM me the RSN & MDN.. lets still try if its possible & if its important for you.
