Native Server Time ZoneIf you have chosen the correct timezone and the clock is an hour out, this is because of daylight savings time and your members can correct this by editing their 'Board settings' via their User Control Panel. In Board Settings, it also reads the following.. Is daylight saving time in effect?(If you have selected the correct time zone and the clock appears an hour out, check or uncheck box to suit) Jus try tweaking abt with this... probs our problem will get solved.. Vishal Gupta 4 Report post Posted January 25, 2005 The forum time is again ahead by 1hour & 4 minutes today! Its showing 02:02 PM, but its 12:58 PM now? Why its happening???? One more thing yesterday when i tried to login at 11:15 PM approx., i couldnt login for a few minutes. And after some minutes i was logged in but i couldnt search or open any page, cauz of the forum was running very slowly (All other sites were working fine). What was the problem? Arun 795 Report post Posted January 25, 2005 The server was under DoS attack yesterday night till today morning, which caused the MySQL service to go down. The server had to be restarted couple of times after configuring the firewall. It was fixed by today 10 AM and everthing is fine now. Regarding the forum time, it is correctly showing for me.
