BSNL is the cheapest and you can save huge amount per month in all segment. BSNL is the only operator who has unlimited plan BSNL n/w will be congestion free since BSNL has zero/very little CDMA voice operation MTS is the second best and it beats TATA/VIRGIN/Reliance hands down in any usage level TATA/VIRGIN is cheaper than Reliance in the higher data range (> 5GB) VIRGIN has special 5GB(night) plans which none other operator has Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Because today i have seen download speed of 80kbps and showing Hybrid on netconnect software.
