yeah methinks same too. i got a call from GTRAN ASC that they will provide me with new batteries. If that is done, i think i can wait but how long will it actually take?

same batteries just new set. I had complained to cc and chairmans office about the batteries. the person at the ASC called me and said that he will arrange new battery for me and inform me. That has been 4 days.

ues u can swap the handset. u just have 2 buy a new or a 2nd hand handset from the open market. then ask for HCC (handset change card) from the WW people.

& that's it.
