karthee 0 Report post Posted November 9, 2004 Hi, I have a problem. I have a LG340E and a serial data cable. The problem is i don't have a Com2 port. I have only one com port at the back of my comp. Though my bios and the device manager show that there are two com ports. Now when i try to install the RConnect software, it shows only com2 port and it never detects that my phone is connected to the comp. Can some one help me?
