abhideswal 0 Report post Posted October 12, 2004 reset my Nokia 2280 using *#7370# as i didn't knew the SPC code. Now my SPC is set to default i.e. '000000' but the phone is not catching the reliance network. I have all the settings written with me and i tried feeding it. but it still does not catch the network. also the rworld and the starting animation of reliance has gone away. anyways i don't need them also. I have all the MIN, MDN, RSN Nos. Can anybody please help me in getting back to reliance network without going service center.

I went to the Nokia Care centre, but they say that ill need to spend at least Rs. 1500 for the repairs - as the handset is not under warranty. Is there anyone who has successfully solved this problem?? Can anyone tell me any place where i can get it repaired for cheaper..? Need Help urgently .... Thx in anticipation..... Beetle 0 Report post Posted November 9, 2004 Listen, its mostly a software issue, and the Nokia Technician may not know what he is talking about. Find another service center. Which reset code did you use? Handling Nokia is tough, you need Diego, proper cables etc. Tough for most people. No, its not easy to re program a Nokia. Shabz 8 Report post Posted November 9, 2004 1500 for a mobile costing not more than 2500 it would be better to report it as stolen and get a new handset That is what u call looting in broad daylight I think these people at service centres are appointed by reliance from among the people trained for call centres They have no knowledge
