And about the MTS customer base I have no idea..In fact such schemes are meant to drive up the customer base..Case in point is Rcomm since its inception.. Details :- MTS to MTS (Local) : 1p/4sec MTS to Others (Local) : 1p/2sec MTS to MTS or Others STD : 1p/1sec SMS : 50p/1sms Tariff Validity : 6 months Still MCard 95 available in Kolkata & W.Bengal region is best.
