This can be installed on pre and party begins. No more not being able to dial an international format number. The app is www.itura.nl/PreBeta/nl.itura.idialplan_0.5.0_all.ipk The patch, details of the software, pictures, explanation : http://forums.precentral.net/homebrew-apps/226937-idialplan-automatic-number-adjustment-international-calling-travelers.html Although this for pre gsm but still this function works for cdma pre also.
