KanagaDeepan 1,084 Report post Posted February 7, 2010 Nothing great about this offer... Now even MTS offers Locals default @ 30p LT for some circles and STD @ 50p... So 50min Local+50 min STD means Rs15+Rs25=Rs40... Balance Rs29 for 50 SMS + Tax.. What happened to MTS

Himanshu Singh 19 Report post Posted February 7, 2010 MTS is getting slowly and steadily aggressive..I find it is no more shy of taking on the likes of Tata and Rcomm..The only disadvantage it faces is the fact it is not a pan-India operator...Once it rolls out network everywhere it would stand its own against the incumbent operators.. The CC is always polite and sorts out most issues.. The complaints are lodged without fuss and I get calls about the resolution and explanations.. I made a call about fluctuating signals in my area,Dwarka, and I was visited by their agent in a week's time..the funny thing is that I had completely forgotten about my complaint.. I am very impressed by their Full talktime offer of Rs123 where the promotional talktime can be used even for international calls..Now thats something even Rcomm does not allow..so give the devil its due.. As a matter of fact my personal experience with the 4 CDMA operators in Delhi makes me conclude that Tata and MTS beat Rcomm hands down in most things except tariffs, which no longer is a matter of high concern to me and many, thanks to ever falling tariffs..
