deepu 0 Report post Posted November 11, 2004 While I am trying to connect to Rworld I am getting error message as "678 There is no answer" This is the error description from RIM Website 678 ---- A modem or other device did not pick up the phone. Check the number and dial again. If this is a virtual private network (VPN) connection, check the host name or IP address of your destination server, and try to connect again. Also, make sure that the phone line is plugged into the correct socket in the modem. I have activated my RConnect. Can some one tell me why I am getting this error

Arun 795 Report post Posted November 11, 2004 Looks as though he is talking about 'R-Connect' here. Did you remove the lock code (always off) of your handset before connecting ?
