Kunal Hemrajani 1 Report post Posted February 10, 2010 Yeah..gud point made by kanagadeepan.. yesterday only i was checking for sms packs on all the sites of these operators..and ONLY reliance didnt had BLACKOUT DAYS.. so Rcom is still the best in terms of sms tariff..!!
