" Sorry Sir, We are unaware of such service. I dont think Reliance is providing anything like that. It may be some third party company. bla bla.." aviator 3 Report post Posted February 11, 2010 Customer service....lolz.... even i tried tata people about non payment of bill thru online website and herez wat they said "Sir, your computer is virus infected, so you are unable to do payment" and guess what, i just did payment of my other tata no. before making the call to Tata CC. csmart 472 Report post Posted February 11, 2010 reliance has problem with making payments through website. earlier it was better. i have about 15 connections and it accepts payment for 2-3 phones after that gives error. irrespective of mobile number. then if i make payment through bank, it works..
