It doesnt only reads out my texts but the callers aswell! there is a software called voice command in Start> Settings> Voice Command> Phone and select options and check what all you want to be announced. Now select Notifications and check "Announce through speaker or wired headset only and you are done! Hope you enjoy it! Dont know if it is available in market for other phones aswell! Thanks I have not installed it but it was there in my phone itself. FYI its not voice commander thats a different software, its Voice command that was pre-installed when I got the phone! anyways I can mail you guys if you want!
