i m not able to receive messages from any tamil nadu airtel numbers.what is the problem?customer care keeps sayin it ll be resolved when i complain bt nothin has happened so far.I m still not able to receive messages from airtel numbers in tamil nadu alone.I m usin a reliance gsm prepaid.I m in kerala.would anyone help me out in this?I m also not receiving the gprs and ms settings.I have tried all possible methods.I m fed up of callin the customer care too.Someone please give me a solution to these problems.

Airtel TN and Kerala Reliance have some interconnection problem. I am a TN RCDMA customer. When I was roaming in Kerala last November, whenever I called TN Airtel no. they could not hear my voice.

It is sad to hear that still they havenot sorted out this interconnection problem.

I am using Airtel for many years in TN and surely Airtel has improved a lot and I would rate their service one of the best. Due to the 1800Mhz frequency in which they are operating, it has problems in indoor coverage. But they are improving a lot.
