nayasaroj 14 Report post Posted March 2, 2010 n an attempt to provide seamless GSM mobile connectivity while National Roaming throughout India at affordable rates, State-owned telecom operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) Introduces very unique and innovative Special Tariff Voucher (STV) dubbed as India Roaming Voucher for its Prepaid GSM 2G and 3G customers in Bihar Telecom circle with Unlimited Free Incoming and Outgoing Roaming calls. The India Roaming Vouchers will provide special benefits of Unlimited Free Incoming calls while National Roaming (any where in India) are free as well as all Outgoing calls made on BSNL network either from Home LSA or while National Roaming are Free. All local and STD calls made to other network while roaming will be charged @ 1.2 paisa per second. According to the BSNL “the Launch of this special Roaming tariff voucher being introduced for the first time in BSNL in the Bihar circle is going to fulfill their long pending demands”. me_saket 73 Report post Posted March 2, 2010 I got an idea, if some is from bihar, and satyed outside bihar, say kolkata, then he can buy this schema nd use it in kolkata, it is cheper than oofer like rcom/tata providing for STD, also it is cheper compared to postpaid plan of bsnl plan 999.
