First you have to file an FIR in police station,

In FIR mention your IMEI number and your phone number

then you have to submit FIR copy to docomo customer care,

then they may block IMEI ....

to be honest with u , blocking imei isnt going to do anything

in india blacklisted imei also are used freely

your phone is gone , and even if u manage to get it blacklisted ur phone will still be nicely used by others

Addition to your reply

In india IMEI change is done for Rs50, by local mobile repair shops.

Yea!

I have seen so many people activating Chinese phones which were disabled by TRAI for not having the IMEI going to Gaffar Market Delhi and having a new IMEI on their phones!

well imei change on newer nokia and htc phones is very very difficult

i get so many offers from people to change imei on htc and nokia , but i never entertain them

just for educational purpose :Riendo:, imei change is easy on a blackberry / lg / iphone :winko:

imei change on chinese crap is easiest and thats what most people can do

I think Mobile Tracker should be there in every phone! Atleast then you know what number is it being used with.
