Rgsm Gprs Wont Work With Opera Mini & Other Browsers

I am using LG KP500 (LG Cookie), RGSM GPRS/EDGE services just S**ks here in AP. Frequent “Connection failed” mesg annoys you to use RGSM GPRS service.,

More over RGSM GPRS services with APN is not working with any application like Opera Mini, Bolt Browser.

When i called Customer Care PPl, they said that RGSM GPRS service work only with Inbuilt Browser. It wont work with Opera Mini kind of 3rd Paty Browsers.,

Thats not true in my Moto L9 every app work perfectly with RGSM Using Rcowap apn with proxy ,infact writting this post from opera only.
