mywebid 21 Report post Posted April 12, 2010 I bought LG 6200 set 1 month ago. I am facing signal reception issues with this set. The signal reception capability of the set is low. I have another Reliance connection with 5 year old LG 6150 set. If I keep both set nearby then clearly the 6200 set shows lower signal level than 6150. Though the signal in my area is weak nowadays, Call drops are more frequent while talking on this set as compared to 6150. This has lead me to think that this set has bad signal reception capability. Has any one having the same set facing similar issues? (Just confirming before taking the set to service center as I don't want the set to be un-necessarily opened) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
KumaarShah 143 Report post Posted April 12, 2010 If you have bought it from RCOM' MS or RMS, you can return the set to them and get a full refund or a replacement, if your complaints are genuine. Go to the store from where you bought it and complain to the senior manager and ask him for a refund. They will atleast replace it. If this does not work send emails to CMO.
