abhi gaurav 11 Report post Posted April 22, 2010 hii alll i m very new on android phn and i was trying to set rworld settings but i did something wrong and now in my phn everything is working xcept phn function. I did following during programming : 1. first i tried ##3282# to change PRI but it was not working 2. did the ##786# reset but forgot to take nandroid backup.(i was using alap 2.1 rom) 3. after rebooting scrren went blank with htc logo. 4. then i tried to restore the phone using restore (fortunately one nand backup of previous rom(1.5) was there in recovery) but after doing restore now my phone is not working. the other functions of phone is working but i m not able to get network signal. when i checked my system status everything was chnaged. now its showing different MEID ,MDN n all other things.... experts plz help me...i tried to find out the solution on xda but dont know what to do and what xactly hpnd.... SumitVerma 187 Report post Posted April 23, 2010 (edited) @ abhigaurav As I told before. You need to get your MEID dis@bled as well as ch@nge of ESN is required which is registered on your MDN! You are not getting the signals as the prl have changed aswell to default sprint one. Contact your seller for the same. ^ +1 to both Hitesh bhai and Dhiraj sir. dkaile 1,051 Report post Posted April 23, 2010 ^ disabling meid is NOT necessary and that can be programmed also; you MUST be getting some signals; its not possible that you are getting NO signal unless you have done something to your radio; check your radio version (baseband version) and report back; sprint prl, if restored, also catches reliance signals and you are shown on international roaming on that... dkaile 1,051 Report post Posted April 23, 2010 (edited) ^ I think u hv purchased this set from kunal; It now needs to be reprogrammed as abhishek has done ##786# reset and removed all programming and reset the state to factory level... so there is no option but to reprogram it through kunal... btw, original pri is 1.70_003 and prl 0005 is of reliance only; so some problem with the pri has happened... so pri needs to be reset again on original rom and then reprogramming needs to be done...
