Actually i had a problem with my hero and thought you guys to be the best advisors I have a outlook ac i have configured manually to my Hero i recieve mails but not able to send mails and stuff. I have no problem with the receiving part what so ever. I have a normal BB bold in which my account is also configure and also I just got a new Touch pro 2 which works great to when i use the Microsoft active sync I have noticed that whenever the company policy is loaded on the phone like in the Bold or the TP2 it automatically asks me to add a password which did not happen in the case of my hero any idea if you could help in in this case Thanks in advance Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
