Talk to local ice cream companies, they will be able to lease it out to you on a profit sharing basis or some such funda... There are various imported machines available, you can source them out from Daryaganj, Delhi. You can also google it out... U S made machines are expensive whereas Italian ones are relatively cheaper but obviously - prone to problems. Nowadays a lot of Indian companies also make similar machines. Its your call... KumaarShah 143 Report post Posted May 2, 2010 For US machines, go in for TAYLOR make from Mittal International, Daryaganj, Delhi. DairyDen is selling imported machines from Italy under the name of Carpigianni. Both are really good. I thought Dairy Den was out of business, but since kalpak says it, it must be true. I used to sell Taylor machines about 15 years ago, I gave up because of availability problems of spares. Mittal had a good name in North India whereas the rest of the country, Dairy Den was king at that time. No idea about the current status of both of them, check about Mittal thoroughly before jumping in... Check in your town, surely there will be many installations..
