Recommended Posts

Hi I am planning to integrate an Indian Payment Gateway for my website prevousaly I was using Paypal

But today while browsing I found paysignet.com which is also kinda cost effetcive gateway. That much only I can spend.

But I am confused about their realibilty but I couldnt found out abt their reviews on net.

If any one has info abt them plz let me know.

I'm seeing some bad reviews:

I have even heard bad reviews of CCavenue, so can't really recommend any. PayPal is good enough though it can accept Credit Cards only in USD.

I have used cc avenue for 2 years and was happy. Review on net should be compared with actual figures. Paypal ttoo has some issues.

What does eBay have to do with this? He is asking about a payment gateway to be implemented on his website. PayPal will charge in USD only since they do not support INR. The bank will convert the amount to INR in the statement which will include conversion charges.

Rightly said Arun, most of my customer faces this problemPaypal is best way to implement only bck log is USD transction.Hope they start charging in INR as well.I signed up wth paysignet and have found actualy their charges are higher than ccavenue, actualy i was looking for some cost effective solution.

They have lots of hidden charges which they never wrote anywhere.

Only issue with me is my volumes are high but margin are less so I cannot afford to give away 5-7% just for transction.

So paysignet is out of my mind totaly and just thinking of CCAVENUE for now.

Not So.

Paypal has an internal USD to INR conversion rate and credit cards issued by Indian banks will be charged in INR. In fact Paypal shows the final price in INR before you click the "PAY" button

Yes if you pay via Credit Card and don't have PayPal balance, and he wants to avoid that conversion charge which is additional to the per transaction charge of $0.30 + 3.4% levied by PayPal from the seller.

I am thinking of goin for CC Avenue payment gateway as it is more effective,on their website I have found a reseller plan where if you buy minimum of 2 accounts from them you can easly save Rs2500 per account ie instead of 7500 you need to pay just Rs5000.More details http://www.ccavenue.com/resellers/whatcanearn.jsp
