faizone 15 Report post Posted May 9, 2010 (edited) I am going through a nightmare activating blackberry services on my 8830 on Docomo (prepaid).. When i had initially checked, the CC told me that i just need to send the sms "SUB BB 85" ( for the weekly mail+IM only plan) to 121. Did that around 1.30pm yesterday.. and got a reply saying "Aapke javaab keliye dhanyavaad. Aapka din mangalmay ho." They had said it will get activated within 4hours max but nothing happened.. called 121 and BB tech support 1800 number many times but nobody was ready to help!!! they are simply passing the buck to each other. Finally i sent the same sms again at 9.30pm yesterday.. got the same reply.. "Aapke javaab keliye dhanyavaad. Aapka din mangalmay ho." Woke up today morning.. still no sign of activation. I called CC and have raised a complaint. They gave me a complaint number. They have said it will be resolved by 11am tomorrow..
