KanagaDeepan 1,084 Report post Posted May 16, 2010 Our Family is going to enjoy Summer in Kashmir for 3-4 days... Can I use my TataIndicom's USB modem (1x) for internet there... As it is prepaid service, I doubt whether it will work while roaming in J&K circle??? Whether the DENIAL OF PREPAID ROAMING IN J&K applicable only for Voice or as well as Data??? Mukeshlst 5 Report post Posted May 16, 2010 No friend,1X data card in J&K would not work.i tried it practaly.when i was not able to connect through my DC,so after tht i used my Post-paid mobile to connect net i got successed.i tried at jammu and katara.
