paragkarve 0 Report post Posted May 28, 2010 Phone is already listed on Rcom website. Look :- http://www.rcom.co.in/rcom/handset/cdma.jsp Checked out on same site.. (actually compared with corby and few others) Also tried to enquire same @ forum mall (bangalore). They dont have it yet , and no price clue.. This one doesn't have (The "No"s of concern) 0. FM Radio (kya yar itni choti cheez bhi nahi de sake samsung wale) 1. Reliance Mobile World 2. Organiser 3. Long Message Service 4. Java and BREW Though the claimed talktime , EVDO rev A and GPS (not sure if A-GPS also) , Wi-Fi sound good over others. Not worth if more than 15K
::Hitesh:: 1,763 Report post Posted May 28, 2010 0. FM Radio (kya yar itni choti cheez bhi nahi de sake samsung wale) - - - Memory card pe gane dalo aur suno you can use upto 32gb 1. Reliance Mobile World - 1x data can work so R-World will work. 2. Organiser - from where did you got this info ? its an android from google !! Organiser is a little tiny app for it. 3. Long Message Service - That need to confirm, but As again its andorid you can install SMS software so no limitations. 4. Java and BREW - - Again its andorid !!! Java is part of it. and what you are going to do with BREW ? 5. GPS is Assisted GPS, Geotagging

kesav 127 Report post Posted May 29, 2010 Dear Samsung, Listen to Indian CDMA customers. This is an era of OMH and only OMH. You're the one who started this path in India. We've good respect about you for that. Please don't destroy the path which you've built. Releasing non-OMH handset that too so feature-rich(Andriod,WiFi,A-GPS,Rev-A) implies that you're becoming market insensitive. Hope and pray that you'll work with Qualcomm for making this phone an OMH-based in immediate future.
::Hitesh:: 1,763 Report post Posted May 29, 2010 ^^^ They made non sim android handset becoz of reliance, wait for some time, OMH sim base handset will be released
imshyam 0 Report post Posted May 29, 2010 Hi Guys ! Still No news For Samsung Galaxy From Rworld or Official ! sadness :confuse: Regards Shyam
aalok 442 Report post Posted May 29, 2010 have heard that Samsung is pushing some 50k nos. to RCOM but company is only asking for 5k units.. thats why this deal is in a middle.. its time now for RCOM to understand the trend of the market, pushing high end handsets with lesser margins rather than lesser no. of devices with higher margins, bringing quanlity handsets @ affordable price rather than endorsing for cheap coolpad, maxx, karbonn like chinese stuff & target 'em for premium segment..
