The overall teledensity is at 54.10 There's a high possibility for Reliance to overtake PSUs in subscriber base(since difference is only 585674) by end of May and truly become India's second largest telecom operator. There's is one rumour spreading acrossin twitter which is related to this topic. It seems DoT is checking the validity of the Airtel's subscriber numbers and they're hunting for fake additions/activations in Airtel's subscriber book.
