How To Unlock Phone Memory in Nokia 6275?

I want to take a back up the contents of phone memory of Nokia 6275, but it says phone memory is locked,

I dont remember I have given any password or locked the memory.

Can you please suggest how to unlock it?

Nokia PC Suite should do the job.

I am taking back up using Nokia PC Suit Only,

while backing up it says

" Your phone contains copy right-protected material, which cannot be included in the backup, Click OK to Proceed."

Try this Go to Menu > Setting > Security Setting > security level and Choose None if ask for code enter 12345

This applies to the ringtones and screen savers which are copyrighted. I never bother. PC Suite gets the rest.
